We would like to provide the best facility to our user to track their official travel plans and claim their travel expenses through mobile app. This way our users can track their travel locations and claim their expenses within a few clicks, as most of the users don't have access to computers while travelling. We do not monitor their unofficial travels and this application is entirely used to track their official expenses only. 4. WHY DOES YOUR APP NEED ACCESS TO LOCATION IN THE BACKGROUND? Since employees do make use of their device for many other usage such as calling, emails and other entertainment purposes also, the MO Wealth app can interfere and disturb their other activities if always kept on foreground. Before running the app in background, we always take their consent by enabling and providing them terms and conditions. If they agree on terms and conditions then only, we enable background tracking. 5. WHAT INFORAMTION DO WE COLLECT FROM THE MO Wealth APP? Geolocation: When you run the MO Wealth App, we collect your location data through GPS, WIFI, or cellular triangulation. We use this data to provide location tracking service. We maintain this data only so long as is reasonable to provide our service. Out-of-date data is removed. Cookies: We use cookies to keep you logged in and save your visit preferences. 5. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION? We use this information to allow you to add your travel expenses using start location, end location, date for travel, and amount for your claim with additional comments. We only capture the location (latitude and longitude) of the location where you travel. 6. WHAT SHOULD ID DO IF I DON'T WANT TO GET TRACKED? You can disable the 24x7 tracking option from the setting of the application. However, please note, if you disable the tracking, you won't be able to claim your expenses.
